At Carelink, we understand that living with a disability can make everyday tasks more difficult and that’s why our team is dedicated to helping you remain independent and proactive in your own home, as well as the local community.
Our dedicated support workers take care for park outing and other outdoor activities. We have experienced and qualified staff for outdoor activities for our participants.
We can take you to your local park for morning walk or any other parks of your choice. We also organise group activities at the park with our participants.
