Our team of Personal Care Attendants are highly qualified for the role, possessing a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care along with a First Aid Certificate. They have also been trained by our organisation to assist you in a safe and practical manner.
The vehicles used for transport are all fully insured and equipped to handle walking aids, providing our clients with comfort during their journey. Our staff further ensure safety through regularly servicing and checking their vehicles before trips.
In addition to escorting clients to their destination in either their own car or one of ours additional services are available such as providing refreshments and collecting prescriptions or groceries on the way home when requested.
